Isolated in a corner of the huge Roosevelt National Forest, the Cherokee Park Ranch is
believed to be the first guest ranch in Colorado. You can choose which type of riding you want
to experience here whether you were born in the saddle or have never ridden a horse, this
ranch will meet your riding needs.
An optional overnight pack trip is offered mid-June through to August. Cherokee Park Ranch
also offers fishing, rafting, square dancing and swimming. The two-storey log lodge has a
large living area with a huge stone fireplace to relax in front of after a day's activities.
