Stagecoach Trails Guest Ranch is situated in north-west Arizona about two and half hours drive from Las Vegas, this is where the Old West blends with the new.
The ranch opened in 2000 and caters for all levels of rider including the disabled (the owners daughter is handicapped, so thay have hands on experience dealing with any issues that may arise).
Rides are offered twice daily (not Sundays), varying from gentle, slow walking rides to the more advanced loping rides in the mountains which can be challenging. There are also all-day and half day lunch rides (seasonal), night rides and specialty rides. Rides are also catered for the disabled in the desert or the arena, depending on ability. No rider under 8yrs old or weighing more than 230lbs will be allowed on trail rides, but they are able to ride in th arena.
The ranch has a relaxed atmosphere, with facilities that include swimming pool and hot tub, a variety of game options as well as occasional campfires. The main lodge has a definite western flair and offers occasional cowboy singing and storytelling in the evening. Other facilities include a pool table, a TV Room and Hualapai dining room which has a courtyard for outdoor dining. The ranch does not have a liquor liscence, BYO. Activities include volleyball, basketball, table tennis, air hockey and board games.
Off site attractions include 2 golf courses within 45-75 minutes, Grand Canyon (3hrs), Las Vegas (2.5 hrs) and Hoover Dam (1.5 hrs)
There are a total of 10 guest rooms with en suite bathrooms that face the beautiful Hualapai Mountains, with the pool area nestled in between. There are also two family homes which can accommodate four to eight guests and offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms (handicap friendly), living room and a fireplace in each unit.
